PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the viscous resistance and inertial resistance of an ink channel, while enabling a diaphragm to be joined onto the ink channel by using a material of the same kind. SOLUTION: Through-holes, which correspond to an ink reservoir 12, an ink pressurizing chamber 11 and an inkjet channel 13, respectively, are formed in the green sheet of a first layer 2. Through-holes, which correspond to the ink pressurizing chamber 13, the ink pressurizing chamber 11, the ink reservoir 12, an inkjet nozzle 15 and a filter channel 14, respectively, are formed in the green sheet of a second layer 3. A laminate serving as a channel substrate 5 is made by laminating a base layer 1, the first layer 2 and the second layer 3 in order from below and thermocompression-bonding them. Additionally, the green sheet serving as the diaphragm is superposed on the laminate serving as the channel substrate 5, and they are burnt while being thermocompression-bonded, so that the base layer 1, the first layer 2, the second layer 3 and the bulkhead can be integrated together.
