PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller molding mold which can be used repeatedly by making the temperature of a cavity surface uniform and makes production with a bad influence on the formation of roundness and the deflection of an outer diameter suppressed possible and a method for producing the rubber roller. SOLUTION: The rubber roller molding mold comprising a core material, a mold body having a cylindrical cavity on the periphery of the core material, and pieces which are set at both ends of the mold body and hold the core material in the mold body is composed so that the mold body is composed of an internal mold forming the cavity and an external mold enclosing the internal mold, and the external mold has a coefficient of thermal conductivity larger than that of the internal mold.
