PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding method capable of shortening the time required in a molding process and capable of still more uniformly vulcanizing a tire constituent member large in thickness. SOLUTION: In the tire molding method for subjecting a tire constituent member having a laminated structure to extrusion molding using a plurality of extruders 3, a rubber member to be subjected to extrusion molding is set to an unvulcanized or semi-vulcanized state while the vulcanization degree thereof is set at every extruder 3 and the tire constituent member having a plurality of layers is subjected to extrusion molding so that the vulcanization degree is advanced toward a deeper layer from the surface of a tire. Preferably, the setting temperatures in the respective extruders 3 are differentiated to differentiate the vulcanization degree. More preferably, the vulcanization degree is differentiated by changing the amount of a vulcanization accelerator used in the respective extruders 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
