PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inking roller device of an intaglio printing machine, in which the transfer performance of ink to an intagliated surface is improved so as to obtain favorable printing material quality, and, the durability of an inking roller is improved. SOLUTION: The inking roller device of the intaglio printing machine for feeding necessary ink to an intagliated surface formed with patterns or the like is equipped with a plurality of inking rollers arranged opposite to the intagliated surface for one and the same pattern in a state that at least one roller which is a NBR (nitrile rubber) roller is arranged on he upstream side in the rotational direction of the intagliated surface, and at least one roller which is a PVC (vinyl chloride) roller on the downstream side of the NBR roller.
