<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording material in which data can be successfully recorded by using either of a basin system ink or a solvent-based ink. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording material with an ink acceptance layer, resin which constitutes an ink acceptance layer contains a urethane-based resin component, alcohol and a water-soluble vinyl-based resin component. In addition, the urethane-based resin component and a vinyl-based resin component are in a weight ratio of 20:80 to 80:20 as constituents.
