<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reserve seats for appropriate persons. <P>SOLUTION: A first seat management system 100 is a system to book reserved seats and reserve them, and specifically, the first seat management system 100 allows a user to reserve a seat 50 in a facility, such as a movie theater or a bullet train, through a wireless terminal device 10 to a reservation management server 24. In addition, the reservation information is transmitted to a seat management apparatus 30 provided in the facility with the seat 50 arranged therein.
