<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high conductive low thermal expansive material integrally combined with a conventional ceramic material. <P>SOLUTION: An Ni ceramic composite is made by firing a firing precursor consisting essentially of an ingredient to be fired which is selected from β-eucryptite and a composition forming β-eucryptite by firing, a flux and Ni, wherein a ratio by mol of a basic ingredient and Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>to each other in the fired material is (3:7)-(3:1). A combined ceramic is made by firing material to be fired which is obtained by combining a ceramic firing precursor which becomes a ceramic material by being fired and the firing precursor used for firing the Ni ceramic composite, wherein the ceramic material and the Ni ceramic composite are bonded in the sintered state on the boundary surface therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
