<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device for communication which can execute a communication operation of itself while preventing interference of radio waves with another on-vehicle device for communication without providing a communication path for mutual connection to the other on-vehicle device for communication. <P>SOLUTION: Since a DSRC on-vehicle device 21 is configured to transmit/receive communication radio waves in a DSRC communication system when a predetermined condition is established (negatively determined in S120 or negatively determined in S240), the device 21 can prevent interference of radio waves between itself and a different usage on-vehicle device for communication (ETC on-vehicle device 13). Further, since the DSRC on-vehicle device 21 is not required to control the operation state (in other words, stopping the operation) of the different usage on-vehicle device (ETC on-vehicle device 13), the device 21 can prevent the interference of communication radio waves between itself and the different usage on-vehicle device (ETC on-vehicle device 13 in this embodiment) without providing the communication path for mutually connecting a plurality of on-vehicle devices for communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
