摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler where the temperature of a refrigerant is maintained uniformly at low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The cooler 10 is used by allowing a refrigerant to flow while the cooler 10 is being mounted to an electrical heating element. A main channel 30, a sub channel 20, and a communication path 40 are formed inside the cooler 10. The main channel 30 is extended inside a surface for mounting the electrical heating element 100, and a refrigerant flowing in the main channel 30 cools the electrical heating element 100. The sub channel 20 is extended along the main channel 30 while being separated from the main channel 30. The communication path 40 connects the main channel 30 to the sub channel 20 at one portion in the flow direction of the main channel 30. In the cooler 10, air flow stabilizing plates 50, 52, 54 for stabilizing the flow of the refrigerant are formed in the main channel 30. The air flow stabilizing plates 50, 52, 54 are discontinuous at a region where the refrigerant flows into the main channel 30 through the communication path 40 from the sub channel 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
