<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product service evaluation method for evaluating value of a product providing form in providing a product in the form of rental or sales. <P>SOLUTION: A product function and costs are quantitatively calculated with respect to each of the product sales and rental, prices are quantitatively calculated for each of the product sales and rental according to the function and costs, values calculated with respect to sales and rental of the product so as to evaluate which of the sales and rental of the product is adapted are displayed to the display part, and a revised proposal of the product is presented for the evaluation of unadopted rental. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
