PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit converting an input signal into an output signal with as little distortion as possible. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit for receiving data converts a data signal DQ into input control signals Y, Yb which are different from each other and supplied to first and second signal paths connected in parallel. The first signal path includes a connected first comparator circuit 210 via a delay circuit 50 and an amplifier circuit 310, to an output connection A300 of the integrated circuit. The second signal path includes a second comparator circuit 220 as connected likewise via an inverter circuit 40 and an amplifier circuit 320, to the output connection A300 of the integrated circuit. The two amplifier circuits 310, 320 act as edge discriminators that drive each other, and make it possible to generate an output signal with the same duty cycle as the data signal DQ without distortion at the output connection A300.
