PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a PLC (power line communication) signal between outlets without the possibility of short circuit. SOLUTION: Two electric wires 12, 14 are connected to a power supply plug 10, and the other end of each of the electric wires 12, 14 is opened. Electric wires 22, 24 are connected to a power supply plug 20, and the other end of each of the electric wires 22, 24 is opened. The power supply plug 20 is arranged on the side of the open end of each of the electric wires 12, 14, the power supply plug 10 is arranged on the side of the open end of each of the electric wires 22, 24, and the electric wires 12, 14, 22, 24 are arranged so as to be approximate to each other in parallel.
