PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone by which a user easily performs photography without having a sense of incongruity in photography with a camera and a telephone call mode is not disconnected on the way, in the cellular phone equipped with the camera. SOLUTION: The cellular phone is constituted by openably/closably coupling a key side casing 1 to a display side casing 2 by a hinge mechanism and the camera 6 is arranged on the rear surface of the key side casing 1. The hinge mechanism sets a closed state at which both of the casing 1, 2 are closed, a first opened state at which both of the casings 1, 2 are opened to an angle smaller than 180 degrees and a second opened state at which both of the casings 1, 2 are opened to 180 degrees, has a lock mechanism which blocks an opening operation from the first opened state to the second opened state, is equipped with an unlock button 3 for unlocking the lock function, the telephone call mode is set at the first opened state and a photographic mode by the camera 6 is set at the second opened state.
