PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building diagnosis system capable of detecting an abnormality of a building by utilizing external data, without depending on a determination reference value such as a threshold. SOLUTION: In a diagnosis means 150, it is determined whether present value data are in a normal range or not by being compared with a prescribed threshold or history data, and furthermore abnormality determination using the external data is performed, when determined that the present value data are within the normal range. In the abnormality determination using the external data, a changing state in future of the present value data in the normal range at present is estimated by using the external data.
