摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating quantitatively a porous titanium-titanium oxide complex used for a photocatalyst or a dye-sensitized solar cell. SOLUTION: The porous titanium-titanium oxide complex is imaged by using an image sensor, and at least one of hue, chroma and lightness of each pixel in the imaged image is calculated, and a pixel wherein at least calculated one of hue, chroma and lightness is a prescribed value or within a prescribed range is extracted, and the porous titanium oxide portion is evaluated quantitatively based on the extracted pixel.
