PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for regulating a shaft capable of performing shaft regulation by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The device 1 for regulating shaft includes: a first contact part 21 and second contact parts 23a, 23b contacted movably to a circumferential direction of a first cylinder inner peripheral face in the first cylinder inner peripheral face; a base part 2 holding the first contact part 21 and the second contact parts 23a, 23b and having an adjuster mechanism capable of adjusting a distance between the first contact part 21 and the second contact parts 23a, 23b; a reference part 3 arranged in the base part 2; and one or a plurality of positioning parts 4 holding one end side in the reference part 3 and arranging the other end in a second cylindrical space.
