SOLUTION: The function setting device comprises: a user information acquisition means for acquiring the user information of the electronic device; a setting mode decision means for deciding the function setting mode of the electronic device on the basis of the user information; and a setting information transmission means for transmitting information relating to the function setting mode decided by the setting mode decision means to the electronic device.
