PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable polylactic acid composition that is excellent in impact resistance, retains good transparency and is difficult to cause bleeding of a silicone compound or the like. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid composition comprises (A) a block copolymer having (I) a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid structural unit and (II) a polyester structural unit produced by reacting a 5-45C dicarboxylic acid and a diol, (B) a polylactic acid and (C) a silicone compound having in the side chain one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a phenyl group, an epoxy group and an ether bond-containing group wherein the silicone compound (C) is contained in an amount of 0.05-1 pt.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total amount of the block copolymer (A), the polylactic acid (B) and the silicone compound (C).
