PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new medicine efficiently inhibiting or preventing plant pathogenic bacteria infection, based on infection mechanism of the plant pathogenic bacteria, and to decrease problems of resistant bacteria appearance, environment and safety by extending variation of medicinal action mechanism. SOLUTION: A plant pathogenic fungus differentiation inhibitor and a plant disease controlling agent are provided by using histone deacetylase (HDACs) inhibitor as an active ingredient.
