PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting member for rolled paper capable of supporting an end part of the rolled paper and achieving high practical use when the rolled paper is provided with a so-called memory tag. SOLUTION: In this supporting member for the rolled paper supporting the end part in the axial direction of the rolled paper and having at least a shaft part inserted into the inside of the rolled paper, the shaft part has a channel provided along the axial direction so that the shaft part is at a position where it opposes to a storage device provided in the inside of the rolled paper when the shaft part is inserted into the inside of the rolled paper and a radio antenna provided in such a way that the shaft part is at the position where it opposes to the storage device when the shaft part is inserted into the inside of the rolled paper.
