PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate take-out of a sheet on a delivery tray by retaining a free end side of a stack tray by a reinforcement member and retreating the stack tray. SOLUTION: The stack tray 21 is retained at a front end side of the reinforcement member 44 by inserting a rear end 73 of the round-rod like reinforcement member 44 to a receiving part 61 of a rear side plate 43 of a feeding device body. Even when weight of the sheet on the stack tray is heavy, the free end side can be suppressed from being hung down. Further, the stack tray 21 can be moved to an upper retreating position by drawing out the rear end 73 of the reinforcement member 44 from the receiving part 61.
