PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation device and a transportation method for a hydraulic turbine suitable for transporting components of the hydraulic turbine by pulling up the same between installation position of the hydraulic turbine apparatus and a transportation entrance. SOLUTION: In a double deck hydraulic power generation facilities provided with a generator 51 installed in a generator room 50, the hydraulic turbine apparatus 61 installed in a hydraulic apparatus room 60 positioned under the generator room 50 and provided with an intermediate shaft 70 detachably fixed on a lower part of a generator shaft 52 of the generator 51, and the transportation entrance 80 formed to penetrate to a deck part appropriate section of the generator room 50 avoiding the generator 51, the transportation device for the hydraulic apparatus 61 transports the components of the hydraulic turbine apparatus 61 with pulling up the same between the installation position of the hydraulic turbine apparatus 61 and the transportation entrance 80, consists of a transportation rail 1 arranged on an upper surface of the hydraulic turbine apparatus room 60 and a pulling-up fixture 10 attached to the transportation rail 1, and is constructed in such a manner that the same can transport the components of the hydraulic turbine apparatus 61 between the installation position of the hydraulic turbine apparatus 61 and the transportation entrance 80 by pulling up the same by the pulling-up fixture 10.
