PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door device for improving its structure so as to be stably slidable, without swinging a lower part. SOLUTION: This sliding door device includes a frame, a fixed door frame, a fixed door, a first sliding door forming a first inside guide rail and forming a first outside guide rail, a second sliding door forming a second inside guide rail and forming a second outside guide rail, a pair of first swinging preventive means having one fixed to one end of a fixed side outside guide rail and inserted into the first inside guide rail and having another one fixed to the other end of he first inside guide rail and inserted into the fixed outside guide rail, and a pair of second swinging preventive means having one fixed to one end of the first outside guide rail and inserted into the second inside guide rail and having another one fixed to the other end of the second inside guide rail and inserted into the first outside guide rail.
