PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece positioning table for positioning workpieces of various shapes in simple structure and a machine tool furnished with this workpiece positioning table. SOLUTION: This table 10 is furnished with a fixing pin 62 and a movable pin 64 to position by being engaged with standard holes 22a, 22b of a workpiece 22. The fixing pin 62 is fixed on a table surface 10a and the movable pin 64 is provided free to move in a straight line on the table surface 10a by a straight moving means 72. A placing base 21 on which the work 22 positioned by the fixing pin 62 and the movable pin 64 is placed is also fixed on the table surface 10a free to connect and disconnect to and from it.
