A catalytic conversion apparatus includes at least one feed-oil cracking riser reactor, a bed reactor, a settler and a stripper, in which the stripper is positioned below the bed reactor and connected with the bottom of the bed reactor directly or by a connection pipe, the outlet(s) of at least one riser reactor is /are connected to the lower part of the bed reactor or to any position of the connection pipe, the outlet of the bed reactor is connected to the inlet of the gas-solid separator by the bed reactor and/or optional conveying pipelines, the catalyst outlet of the settler is connected to at least one position selected from the upper part of the stripper, the connection pipe and the lower part of the bed reactor by at least one catalyst conveying pipe.
