CONTENT SEARCHING DEVICE BASED ON DLNA NETWORK AND THE METHOD

A content searching device based on a DLNA(Digital Living Network Alliance) network and a method thereof are provided to reduce content searching errors by transmitting and receiving the data through a DLNA protocol. A content execution device comprises includes a DLNA interface part(120) and a control part(140). The DLNA interface part transmits and receives the data through a DLNA protocol. The control part corresponds to the similar content searching request to transmit the contents for searching for the similar contents to the DLNA network through the DLNA interface part. An input part receives the contents for the similar content searching request. A storage part(110) stores at least one content. A content searching part(130) searches for the contents similar to the received contents of the stored contents.
