<p>The heated flat roof, of a building, has a seal (5) and at least one surface area with an electrical heating element (4) under the seal between it and an insulation (3) or a support (1). It is a heated mat with metal grids or metal fibers as a web which can be rolled. The structure has at least one temperature sensor and the heated areas have different colors from other zones of the flat roof, for walking where snow and ice have been thawed. A protective layer (7) is over the seal and the roof structure also has a damp barrier (2) and fasteners (6).</p> |
