FIELD: apparatuses for recoiling metallic belts out of large-diameter coils to small-diameter coils. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for recoiling belts includes drum arranged inside coil and unit for dividing coil by portions according to its inner turn. Weighing machine with indicator of current value of coil mass is mounted on platform. Coil with horizontal axis may be fixed on platform by means of clamping mechanism. Drum arranged inside coil is mounted on end of horizontal rod with possibility of continuous motion during recoiling process in direction from inner surface at starting cycle to coil center; with possibility of keeping it inside coil in suspended state and removing it from coil after dividing coil by portions. Said horizontal rod has drive unit for rotation and reciprocation motion in vertical and horizontal directions. ^ EFFECT: easy control process of recoiling, enhanced accuracy of recoiling, simplified design of apparatus. ^ 4 dwg |
