A device for assembly a suspension wire of an optical pickup actuator is provided to improve utilization of a sub jig and to prevent damage of the suspension wire by connecting the sub jig with an assembly jig and drawing out the actuator by using an unloader. A device for assembling a suspension wire of an optical pickup actuator comprises a sub jig(100) and an assembly jig(200). The sub jig comprises a jig body, a wire stopper, a wire guide nozzle, and a clamp. The assembly jig comprises a base plate, a moving block, a fixing block, and a wire block. The jig body is connected with a yoke plate. The wire stopper stops a suspension wire. The wire guide nozzle guides the suspension wire. The clamp fixes a lens hold. The moving block is connected by a first guide handle formed on the base plate. The fixing block is connected by a second location pin(222) formed on an upper surface of the moving block. A second guide handle is formed at both ends of a side part of the fixing block. The wire block has a groove to receive the second guide handle. The assembly jig is connected with the sub jig by a fourth magnet formed at a bottom surface of the second location pin and the sub jig.
