FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: medical implant has screw 4 fixed by means of device 15, 16 for prevention of back turn. Screw goes through opening 3 of implant 1, 2. Opening 3 is made with screw thread conjugated with screw thread 5 of screw 4. Screw 4 has part 10 being free from screw thread between its head 6 and screw thread 6. Diameter of part 10 is equal or smaller than internal diameter of thread of thread opening 3; length of the part is as long as length of part of screw thread of threaded opening 3. ^ EFFECT: prevention of axial shift of screw from implant. ^ 4 dwg |
