BRUCH-CONTACT UNIT OF AN ALTERNATING CURRENT ELECTRIC MACHINE

摘要

A brush-contact unit of an alternating current electric machine consists of a bush with insulating covering installed at the shaft. At the bush it is put contact rings with threaded holes, wherein current conductive stud pins are installed. The brush-contact unit also includes electric bushes that come into contact with contact rings. Each contact ring is represented as continuous twisted construction of cylindrical form, which are winded from rolled band with coils being connected with help of permanent connection.
