A tea-bag form herbal composition comprising herb medicines having immunity enhancing effect and treated by pre-treatment, drying and pulverization is provided to be conveniently carried and taken and cheap and provide the same medicinal effect compared to a conventional herb medicine extracting method using a decocting pot. A herbal composition for enhancing immunity comprises 25-35 wt.% of Astragalus membranaceus, 15-25 wt.% of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 5-15 wt.% of Lycil fructus, 5-15 wt.% of Paeonia albiflora Pallas, 5-15 wt.% of Cnidium officinale, 5-15 wt.% of Rhizoma Polygonati and 5-15 wt.% of jujube. A method for preparing a tea-bag form herbal composition comprises the steps of: (a) cooking Astragalus membranaceus, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Lycil fructus, Paeonia albiflora Pallas, and Cnidium officinale; drying the cooked Astragalus membranaceus, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Lycil fructus, Paeonia albiflora Pallas, and Cnidium officinale; Polygonum multiflorum dipped in Rhynchosia volubilis juice and Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsly at a temperature of 110-130 deg.C for 50-70 minutes; (b) drying the cooked Polygonum multiflorum and Cynanchum wilfordii Hemsly in a dryer at a temperature of 80-90 deg.C for 2-4 hours; (c) mixing 25-35 wt.% of the dried Astragalus membranaceus, 15-25 wt.% of the dried Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 5-15 wt.% of the dried Lycil fructus, 5-15 wt.% of the dried Paeonia albiflora Pallas, and 5-15 wt.% of the dried Cnidium officinale with 5-15 wt.% of Rhizoma Polygonati and 5-15 wt.% of jujube and crushing the mixture into particles having a size of 1-2 millimeters; and (d) sealing the crushed mixture material in a hopper for tea-bag packing.
