FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology, myringoplasty. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fixing autotransplant due to applying biosynthetic medicinal covering "Biocol-1" onto autotransplant. Moreover, in case of subtotal defects of tympanic membrane this covering should be applied by overlapping the borders of the autotransplant mentioned, and at total defects of tympanic membrane this covering should be applied by separate fragments at disposing one edge of every fragment onto autotransplant, and another edge - at the skin of externalis meatus acusticus. Application of the present innovation enables to prevent autotransplant's falling behind and its healing with median wall of tympanic cavity. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation. ^ 2 dwg, 2 ex |
