A method for reinnervation of insular complex from heterofinger on antegrade blood flow in the case of the long finger defect closing by complex transposition comprises the selection of fasciocutaneous complex, mobilization on own finger artery to the bifurcation, mobilization of injured finger nerve median-dorsal branch, selection of mobilized branch individual nerve fibers, flap transposition onrecipient area (defect), subfascial fixing of nerve fibres, complex fixing, closing of donor wound, aseptic bandaging, and finger immobilization.
