INCREASED-RIGIDITY FILLER AND METHOD FOR SIMULATING ARRANGEMENT OF RIGIDITY MEMBERS OF SUCH FILLER

FIELD: manufacture of light fillers for laminate panels and envelopes, possibly production of laminate panels for aircrafts, ships, in building and other branches of industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has faces with rigidity members in the form of grooves. On faces of filler being structure in the form of zigzag-shaped corrugation system foldable till closing its faces, said grooves are arranged and oriented in such a way that in state of closing faces, convex portion of grooves of each face is arranged in cavity of groove of adjacent face. Method for simulating arrangement of rigidity members of filler comprises steps of determining boundaries of groove presence zones in one face of flat blank before transforming flat blank to three-dimensional foldable structure on base of zigzag-shaped corrugation; arranging groove positions in zones of groove presence on said face in such a way that boundaries of said zone were not crossed by grooves. ^ EFFECT: possibility for producing zigzag-shaped corrugated filler of increased rigidity and strength. ^ 8 cl, 11 dwg
