A gas hydro-electric power plant has at least one gas power plant placed in cavity of reservoir with working agent, hydro-turbine and connecting pipeline connected by one end to hydro-turbine. The gas power unit is arranged as airtight chamber and is provided with float-valve fixing level of working agent in it. The gas power plant is partially filled with compressed gas, partially with liquid and is placed inside the reservoir with working agent at depth providing increased outer pressure compared to pressure inside the chamber. The connecting pipeline is placed inside the liquid of gas chamber, and float-valve is placed in it at other end going to the reservoir with working agent.
