A vibrator is provided to permit a magnetic circuit assembly to vibrate at an increased amplitude by avoiding use of a ring for mounting a first suspension. A vibrator includes a casing(10), a substrate(7), a magnetic circuit assembly(1), a voice coil(5), a first suspension(11), and a second suspension(8). The casing has a bottom wall(10a), and a tubular side wall extended from the bottom wall. The substrate is provided to close an opening of the tubular side wall positioned at the opposite side from the bottom wall. The magnetic circuit assembly is arranged in the casing, and includes a yoke(2), a magnet(3), and a top plate(4). The yoke has a bottom wall portion(2a) facing the bottom wall of the casing, and a tubular peripheral wall portion(2b) extended from the bottom wall portion. The magnet and the top plate are stacked onto the bottom wall portion of the yoke. The magnetic circuit assembly has a magnetic gap(g) formed between an inner surface of the peripheral wall portion of the yoke and an outer surface of the top plate. The voice coil is fixed on the substrate and inserted into the magnetic gap concentrically with the peripheral wall portion of the yoke. The first suspension is connected between the substrate and the magnetic circuit assembly. The second suspension is connected between the circuit assembly and the bottom wall of the casing. The first suspension has one or more spring portions(13) extended in an arch shape. The spring portion has an inner end and an outer end in the radial direction with respect to the axial line of the peripheral wall portion of the yoke, wherein the inner end is fixed at the substrate and the outer end is fixed at the magnetic circuit assembly.
