摘要 A field-emission lamp using a CN-based material is provided to improve light emitting uniformity of a glass tube by forming an emitter on a surface of a cathode and forming a diffusion layer on an outer circumference of the glass tube. A transparent electrode(52) and a phosphor(54) are sequentially formed on an inner circumference of a glass tube(50). A cathode(60) is disposed toward the transparent electrode of the inside of the glass tube. An emitter is formed by growing a CN-based material on a surface of the cathode. A diffusion layer(70) is formed on an outer circumference of the glass tube in order to diffuse the light emitted from the glass tube. The diffusion layer is formed by coating oxide on a surface of the glass tube. The oxide coated on the surface of the glass tube is selected from an oxide group including Y2O3, Al2O3, SiO2, and TiO2.
