A mold insert assembly is provided to prevent a mold from being moved by fixing first and second inserts integrally, and to reduce the working time without coupling the second insert with the lower reinforcing bar structure. A mold insert assembly comprises a cover, a first insert(30), a second insert, and a fixing tool(50). The cover is fixed to one mold, and configured with a projection. The first insert is temporarily coupled with a projection of the cover, and a screw tap(31) is formed in the first insert. The second insert is coupled with the first insert and the reinforcing bars, and a female screw(41) is formed on an upper end of the second insert. The fixing tool is temporarily fixed to the female screw of the second insert, and a hook part(52) is formed on the upper end of the fixing tool. The first insert restricts the fluctuation of the second insert.
