A method for manufacturing a stainless clad plate is provided to enable variable adjustment of bonding strength between a matrix and a clad metal, so as to meet the condition of a site where the clad plate is to be used. A method for manufacturing a stainless clad plate by bonding a stainless plate to a steel plate as a matrix, the method comprises the steps of preheating the steel plate loaded into a preheater(S100), loading the preheated steel plate into a dust collector to remove dust and dirt(S200), placing a hot melt adhesive film provided with its tension adjusted by a tension adjustment unit, on the upper surface of the steep plate and laminating the stainless plate with the same size with the steel plate thereon(S300), heating and rolling the laminated plates as the laminated plates pass a heating/rolling unit for bonding the laminated plates into a single plate(S400), and cooling the bonded plate using a jet cooler(S500).
