FIELD: superconductor devices using high-sensitivity structures and built around high-temperature superconductor films. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method for manufacturing high-sensitivity superconductor device around high-temperature polycrystalline superconductor wherein boundaries between grains display Josephson junction properties involves use of (Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10 material for superconductor film whereon narrow region whose width is below mean size of single-crystalline grain of high-temperature semiconductor and length is several times greater than mean size of grain is formed by way of photolithography whereupon masking layer is evaporated on entire surface, and transverse masking strip is formed and passed across narrow semiconductor region formed earlier, its width being equal to mean grain size; metal is evaporated on open region to provide contact with semiconductor on both sides of masking strip and to short out grain boundaries beyond this region. ^ EFFECT: enhanced critical superconducting transition temperature and reliability of operating parameters. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
