FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, pre-sowing seed treatment technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding and discharge conveyors, seed treatment chamber made in the form of immovable casing with screw and joined to feeding conveyor, tank for basic solution, and pump for feeding of working solution. Apparatus is additionally equipped with electric activator for preparing of treatment solution, with negative and positive potential being supplied to treatment solution by means of current-conducting wires. Electric activator is communicating with treatment chamber and tank for basic solution through communications such as pipelines with regulating valves. Pipelines for communicating of electric activator tank have hydraulic mixers mounted within tank. Pump is furnished with pressure pipe and has water intake provided within tank and equipped with strainer. Discharge conveyor is provided with cutoff shield positioned in its upper part and fan positioned in front of cutoff shield. Feeding and discharge conveyors are positioned on drive car. Seed treatment chamber and discharge conveyor are connected in sealing relation with one another. Pump is furnished with working fluid dosing device. Conveyors and screw are driven by means of hydraulic engines, and pump and fan are driven by means of electric engines. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of pre-sowing treatment of seeds. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
