The blade has a blade sheet (8) with side walls, which enclose a cavity into two subspaces by an intermediate wall (24). One of the subspaces forms a longitudinal section (40) of a coolant channel (20), which is connected with another longitudinal section (44) of the channel over a by-pass passage (36). A blade main body (32) covering the side walls and the wall (24) is manufactured as a cast part. A separately manufactured closing unit (34) is arranged at a blade root-sided end and/or at a blade head-sided end of the blade, where the end has a by-pass surface defined by the passage.
