An ecological handrail for building is provided to grow plants in vegetational frames and to help a person to escape from the building in an emergency by installing a lower circular vegetational frame axially fixed with an emergency exit device having a rope. Left and right finishing coupling frames(11) are fixed to a front surface of a sidewall by fixing bolts(17), and configured with a driving gear of a rotary gear having a reducing gear. Upper coupling frames are formed with long insertion grooves longitudinally. Lower support frames have electric bulbs(32) operated by a temperature sensor(34) having a sensing(35). Upper circular vegetational frames(40) are extended with draining pipes(44). Lower circular vegetational frames are formed with water receiving boxes(52) and axially fixed with emergency exit devices(54) wound by emergency exit ropes(55). Power transfer belts(60) rotate upper and lower circular vegetational frames. Cover coupling frames(70) are pipe-coupled with water supply valves(73) and water supply valve protecting pipes. |
