A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display apparatus is provided to reduce a process time by moving a pixel electrode and TFT(Thin Film Transistor) to a flexible substrate at once. A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display apparatus comprises the following steps of: forming a pixel electrode on a first substrate in which an etch stop layer is installed in a front surface; forming an insulation layer(130) on the front surface of the first substrate for pushing the pixel electrode(120); forming a thin film transistor which is connected to the pixel electrode; attaching the first substrate to a second substrate(200) against the thin film transistor; and removing the first substrate.
