An entry map (EP_map) corresponding to this correlates and indicates the entry time (PTS_EP_start) of each IDR picture in the video stream with the entry position (SPN_EP_start). application_type indicates that entry information on the respective picture data constituting a video stream exists in the EP_map and each of the picture data is decoded solely.
