[Also in Division A5] Compounds of the formula and addition salts thereof wherein R<SP>1</SP> denotes a phenyl group or a cycloaliphatic radical having five to eight carbon atoms and R<SP>2</SP> denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl radical are prepared by reacting a 1-(R<SP>1</SP>-substituted)- 4-amino-5-bromopyridazone with mono-methylformamide or di-methyl-formamide under the influence of an acid condensing agent, e.g. a phosphorus halide, thionyl chloride, phosgene or benzenesulphonyl chloride, optionally in the presence of an organic solvent, e.g. benzene. In particular, N - [4 - (1 - phenyl - 5 - bromopyridazone - 6) - yl] - and N - [4 - (1 - cyclohexyl - 5 - bromopryidazone - 6) - yl] - substituted N<SP>1</SP> - monomethyl - formamidine and N<SP>1</SP>,N<SP>1</SP> - dimethyl-formamidine as well as N- [4 - (1 - cyclopentyl - 5 - bromopyridazone - 6) - yl] - and N - [4 - (1 - cyclo-octyl - 5 - bromopyridazone - 6) - yl] - substituted N<SP>1</SP> - monomethylformamidine are described. |
