<p>The method involves illuminating a probe by a scanner (2), and recording an image of the probe. Temperature of the scanner and/or a driver of the scanner is measured by a temperature sensor (1) with the help of a microcontroller (3), and a cooling device is activated, when a marginal temperature is reached at the scanner and/or the driver. Image recording is interrupted and the scanner is shut-down, when the cooling device is activated. Time necessary for cooling the scanner and/or driver is displayed by a display device, when the temperature is reached at the scanner or the driver.</p> |
