A method for hydrogen volume concentration increase in ferroelectric monocrystals of ABO3 family involves crystal thermal-chemical treating in the acid. After the thermal-chemical treating crystal is soldered up into the ampoule, which contains water and sample annealing is carried out for at least 10 days.
