FIELD: railway transport; electrified railways. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrified railways with supply systems of ac contact system in which adjacent sections are supplied from difference phases of three-phase traction substation or from different supply systems. Proposed power supply system contains sections of contact system divided by neutral insert and connected to different phases of traction substation, or to two adjacent traction substations. Neutral insert consists of two parts with three insulation gaps. Power supply system contains device for constantly collecting current from neutral insert providing, by alternate closing and opening of insulation gaps, delivery and removal of voltage on corresponding parts of neutral insert as electric train passes. ^ EFFECT: increased train running speed, improved reliability. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
